Joe Burrow and Lamar Jackson are both on fraud watch. Do not get me wrong, both are top-five quarterbacks in the NFL. But the condition I put on that conversation was specific: limited playoff success, a lot of missed time with injuries, or both failing to make the playoffs. All three already happened, in the same season. Baltimore finished 8-9 and Cincinnati finished 6-11 in 2025, and neither one played a January game. The AFC North 2026 board still prices Baltimore at 47.5c and Cincinnati at 34c, with $411K of two-book volume behind it.
AFC North 2026 Odds Today: Baltimore 47.5c, Cincinnati 34c
| Team | Kalshi | Polymarket | Consensus | Gap |
| Baltimore Ravens | 45c | 50c | 47.5c | 5c |
| Cincinnati Bengals | 34c | 34c | 34c | 0c |
| Pittsburgh Steelers | 17c | 14c | 15.5c | 3c |
| Cleveland Browns | 5c | 4c | 4.5c | 1c |
The 5c disagreement on Baltimore is the widest on any NFL division board, and the only line here worth arguing over. Polymarket at 50c is calling this a coin flip for a team that went 8-9 and changed head coaches. Kalshi at 45c is the better number, and I want to be lower than that before I am buying.
Then look at who is priced third. Pittsburgh won this division in 2025 at 10-7, and the market has the defending champion at 15.5c. The last decade of AFC North titles: Pittsburgh four (2016, 2017, 2020 and 2025), Baltimore four (2018, 2019, 2023 and 2024), Cincinnati two (2021 and 2022), Cleveland zero. Nobody has won it three years running in that entire span.
The AFC North 2026 Fraud Watch Condition Was Already Met in 2025
Lamar Jackson played 13 games in 2025 and threw for 2,549 yards with 21 touchdowns and 7 interceptions at a 103.8 passer rating. In 2024 he played 17 games for 4,172 yards, 41 touchdowns and 915 rushing yards. Last season he ran for 349. That is not a bad year. It is a smaller year from a player whose ceiling is the reason you pay up.
Burrow played eight games. Eight. He threw for 1,809 yards and 17 touchdowns at a 100.7 rating, which is roughly the pace of an MVP season if he is ever upright for a full one. He has not been.
Fraud watch does not mean they are bad. It means the resume is turning into availability questions and regular-season highlights instead of January.
Baltimore Ravens AFC North 2026 Odds: 47.5c Under a New Head Coach
Jesse Minter is the new head coach in Baltimore, and that should help. I am not 100% sold. We will need to see it.
The upside case runs through the receiver room. Ja'Kobi Lane is the rookie wideout to watch. If he is good, and Zay Flowers builds on 86 catches for 1,211 yards, and Derrick Henry keeps doing what he did at 1,595 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns, you get vintage Lamar. Vintage Lamar is as good as it gets in this sport.
The problem is Baltimore already had Henry and Flowers last season and still finished 27th in passing yards, generated 30 sacks (28th) and gave up 398 points. This is also the team that won the division in 2023 and 2024 and then went 8-9. At 47.5c you are paying near coin-flip money for a roster that has to fix a pass rush and keep a 29-year-old quarterback upright for 17 games. That is not a 50c team to me.
Cincinnati Bengals AFC North 2026 Odds: 34c on an Offense That Should Explode
The Bengals scored 414 points with Burrow available for eight games, and their 36 passing touchdowns ranked second in the NFL. Ja'Marr Chase caught 125 balls for 1,412 yards. That offense should explode.
The defense is why they went 6-11. Cincinnati allowed 492 points and produced 34 sacks, 26th. Dexter Lawrence II is now at defensive tackle after playing all 17 games last year, which is the point of trading for a run-stuffing interior lineman. The defense should be better.
But the coaching still stinks, and Burrow still keeps getting hurt. Neither of the two variables that decided the last two seasons got addressed. Cincinnati owns two division titles in ten years, 2021 and 2022, both inside the window where Burrow was healthy. At 34c the Bengals are interesting. Interesting is not the same as a buy.
Pittsburgh Steelers AFC North 2026 Odds: The Defending Champion at 15.5c
Pittsburgh is the reigning AFC North champion and the market has them third. That is the most interesting line on the board, and I think the market is right, because the reason they kept winning it is gone. This is the first Pittsburgh season without Mike Tomlin. Mike McCarthy has the job now, and the floor that used to come free with this franchise does not come free anymore.
Aaron Rodgers is back at 42 years old. He played 16 games in 2025 for 3,322 yards, 24 touchdowns and 7 interceptions. He was horrible to watch and the team output shows it: 397 points, 15th in the NFL, on 3,632 passing yards that ranked 22nd. The skill players are good and the defense is real, 48 sacks (sixth), 15 interceptions (eighth), 387 points allowed. That combination got them to 10-7 and a division title.
It is still a low ceiling, capped by Rodgers's age and skill decline. That is why Polymarket's 14c is a better read than Kalshi's 17c on a team replacing the most stable head coach in football.
Cleveland Browns AFC North 2026 Odds: 4.5c and Zero Titles in Ten Years
Cleveland is going to be in contention for the worst team in football, and 4.5c is not a number the market got wrong. The other three have split every AFC North title since 2015. Cleveland has none.
The defense should still be good. The Browns had 53 sacks in 2025, third in the NFL, and gave up 379 points. Not the problem.
The problem is that this team does not have a quarterback. Cleveland finished 32nd in team passer rating at 69.9 and 30th in passing touchdowns. Dillon Gabriel threw 7 touchdowns on 59.5% passing in 10 games. Shedeur Sanders threw 7 against 10 interceptions at 56.6% in eight. Every option in that room is backup level.
The skill group adds rookie receivers Denzel Boston and KC Concepcion. It will not matter. Todd Monken's staff does not inspire me, the offense scored 279 points at 16.4 per game (31st), and this team is going to stink again.
The Six AFC North 2026 Games That Decide the Division
The favorite's division games, in order:
- Week 6: Baltimore at Cleveland, October 18, 2026
- Week 7: Cincinnati at Baltimore, October 25, 2026
- Week 15: Baltimore at Pittsburgh, December 20, 2026
- Week 16: Cleveland at Baltimore, December 27, 2026
- Week 17: Baltimore at Cincinnati, January 1, 2027
- Week 18: Pittsburgh at Baltimore, January 10, 2027
Four of those six land on or after December 20. Pittsburgh at Baltimore in Week 18 is played January 10, 2027, the day before this market resolves, and it can decide the division outright.
When the AFC North 2026 Division Winner Market Resolves
The board resolves January 11, 2027, the day after the regular season ends, to whichever team finishes first in the AFC North by final NFL standings, with league tiebreakers breaking a tie. Both books settle off the same standings, so any disagreement is about football, not rules.
What Moves the AFC North 2026 Price Before Week 1
- Lamar Jackson availability:** He missed four games in 2025. Another absence turns 47.5c into a 30c contract fast.
- Joe Burrow's availability:** Cincinnati is 34c assuming a full year from him. He has not managed one in back-to-back seasons.
- Cincinnati's sack rate:** 34 sacks was 26th. Move that into the 40s and the 492 points allowed comes down, which makes 34c cheap.
- Pittsburgh's first month under McCarthy:** The defending champion is 15.5c because the market assumes the Tomlin floor left with him. A fast start reprices that.

If the fraud-watch read is right, it prices through the bigger boards. The 2026 AFC Championship Winner odds are where a Baltimore or Cincinnati bounce-back actually pays, and the Super Bowl LXI Champion odds carry more than $101M in volume for the same thesis at longer prices.
The 2026 AFC East Division futures and the 2026 AFC West Division Winner odds both price a tighter favorite than this one. The AFC North is the division where the chalk is a 47.5c team that missed the playoffs and the defending champion sits third. That is either the best value on the board or the clearest warning on it, and I lean warning.
